I spent 4 years recovering from mental, emotional and spiritual harm done. As a black woman there is racial harm that I have to navigate and cope with daily. When I discovered my Ancestral Herbal Ori I began to thrive through discovering my voice in its most genuin form. I realized to see other women of color become encouaraged and informed of the health benefits that plants have had for our communities for centeries and the rituals that connect us to the energy of the Mama Earth, brought me joy and energy.
